Since the beginning, Faith Automation started working with Magna Cosma for supplying turnkey MIG Welding lines for Chassis Assemblies like RTB, FCM, Front & Rear Bumpers. Faith, having executed multiple projects, has developed its skill sets in MIG welding process, to minimize distortion & achieve better welding quality PIST. Faith has also developed 3-Axis & Single Axis Positioner, as products which are required to weld these assemblies in Synchro mode.
FCM – Front Cross Member / Sub Frames
Details: Faith Automation has supplied multiple Robotic MIG Welding lines for FCM or Sub Frames. Scope of work being Turnkey from Process Planning, Designing, Robot Simulation, Manufacturing, Line Integration with PLC Programming & Robot Teaching, Installation on site & proving. All the Equipments like 3-Axis Positioners, Welding Fixtures, Manual Trunnions for rework, Auto Inspection with number marking required in line are supplied by Faith.

RTB – Rear Axle / Rear Twist Beam
Details: Faith Automation has supplied multiple Turnkey Robotic MIG Welding lines for RTB’s or Rear Axles. except Machining centre, all the equipments like 3-Axis Positioners, Welding Fixtures, Manual Trunnions for rework, Auto Inspection with number marking required in line are supplied by Faith. Faith has developed Auto Inspection for Toe & Camber angle using LVDT Sensors to check, record & share it with End customers for the assembly of the vehicle.

Front & Rear Bumper Mounting Assembly
Details: For Bumper Mounting Assembly, Faith has done couple of projects with Turnkey scope. This project has combination of Spot welding for Sub Asm & then MIG Welding for the complete Assembly, along with Manual rework Trunnion & Manual Inspection Fixtures.
