With over 20 years of experience in the Auto Industry, Nilesh Pandhare started his career in Tata Motors in the year 1993 after graduating from MIT, Pune. Possesses extensive experience in BIW Process Planning and Estimation. Before Faith Automation, he built a company in this field from ground-zero and achieved a turnover of 40-crore plus in 4 years. He also developed a disciplined team of talented and motivated youngsters in the process. Nilesh has always driven sales through innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Nilesh Pandhare

20 years of experience in the Auto Industry. Started career in Tata Motors in 1993 after graduating from MIT, Pune. Extensive experience in BIW Process Planning and Estimation. Before Faith Automation, built a company in this field from ground-zero and achieved a Turn Over of 40 crore plus in 4 years and in the process developed a disciplined team of talented and motivated youngsters. His career in BIW started from design & specialized in BIW Process Planning, Project Planning & Sales. He has garnered an overseas exposure in this field from Italy & Shanghai. Rajshekhar has also been the founder member of a start-up company and has played a key role in setting up Projects Department & Handling Finances (including cash flow management).

Kedar Joshi has over 18 years of experience in the Auto Industry. He started his career in Force Motors after graduating from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. With an extensive experience in BIW Tool Design, Technical Proposals & Estimation, he is backed by an overseas exposure in this field from France & Italy. He has been one of the founder members of a start-up company in this field. He has also handled the Sales Department as a single point of contact with customers and helped the company to break even in a matter of 2 years.

Sachin Khadke has over 11 years of experience in the Auto Industry. He graduated from Pune University completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering. He had the opportunity of working in PMA Automotive for 2 years in Mechanical Design. He also worked in Comau for 5 years in the Mechanical Design department. Sachin worked as a Design Head at Lean Automation for 4 Years with an overseas experience of 6 months assignments each for design in Italy and Romania.
