Manual Spot Welding Lines

Faith Automation offers comprehensive body shop solutions for manual spot welding lines, tailored for low-volume or low JPH (jobs-per-hour) requirements. The Faith design team prioritizes operator ergonomics such as loading height, reach, gun orientation, and handling while also addressing operator fatigue during the design of manual welding fixtures and jigs. Small, individual PLCs are incorporated for jig operation, part presence detection, and Pokayoke, ensuring efficient control of multi-model, multi-variant operations.
