Shuttle Conveyors Lift & Shift Transfers Line
Lift and Shift Shuttle Conveyors are used to transfer bodies between stations without requiring a skid or pallet to travel throughout the line. The empty shuttle returns to the starting station, with all transfers occurring simultaneously as the line remains connected.
Skid/Pallet Transfer System with Roller Bed
Skid/pallet transfer systems with roller beds are widely used in body shops. The skid/pallet is loaded at the first station, carrying the body to the last station where it is unloaded, and then returns to the start position. This flexible system allows for independent management of in-between station transfers.
Buffer Conveyors
Buffer Conveyors are critical for contingency planning in body shop processes. They are placed between two lines to ensure continuous production even if one line breaks down. These conveyors use wide belts to support the body or sub-assembly, driven by a motor and gearbox, making them low-height equipment.
