3-Axis positioners are essential in MIG welding processes, such as welding between U-Beam and Trailing Arm in Rear Axle-RTB. These positioners enable synchronized welding, allowing the robot to weld on one trunnion axis while the operator loads on another. After both complete their tasks, the positioner rotates on the third turntable axis. Driven by a servo motor, these positioners offer high precision and speed, making them ideal for Tier-1 manufacturers. Single Axis Positioner is used specially in mig welding application. Where Robot is required to weld the part in multiple positions. Using servo motor the positioning is accurate.

For producing spare doors with longer cycle times, Faith has developed a robotic solution for a Japanese customer. This solution feeds in and takes out multi-model closures (front door LH/RH, rear door LH/RH, hood, and tailgate) from the press for the hemming operation. As a robotic solution, it can handle various types of closures for spare production efficiently.
