The group of directors works closely the team. With over 100 years of accumulated experience, the founders bring to the organization a great amount of exposure and proficiency. Together, the team exhibits strength and confidence in delivering solutions of the highest level for the first time and every time.
Nilesh Pandhare
Managing Director
Nilesh has 26 years of experience in the automotive Industry. He started his career with Tata Motors in 1993 after graduating from MIT, Pune. He has extensive experience in BIW Process planning, estimation, and sales. He has developed a disciplined team of talented and motivated youngsters who have become key members of this industry today. At Faith Automation, he has always driven sales & project execution through innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Rajshekhar
Director, Sales & Projects
Rajshekhar, a Tool & Die Maker from NTTF with 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, began his career in BIW with a focus on design and later specialized in BIW process planning, project planning, and sales. He has gained international exposure in this field through his work in Italy and Shanghai. At Faith Automation, he has played a key role in establishing the Projects and Sales Department. Over the last five years, he has been instrumental in ensuring Faith Automation's presence with almost all OEMs and most Tier 1 suppliers across India.
Kedar Joshi
Director, Finance & Estimation
Kedar has over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry. He began his career with Force Motors after graduating from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. With extensive expertise in BIW tool design, technical proposals, and estimation, he also brings valuable overseas experience from France and Italy. In addition to his technical background, he has managed sales operations. At Faith Automation, Kedar has played a pivotal role in establishing the Finance, HR, and Administration departments. He has also been instrumental in securing bank funding to support business growth.
Ramdas Gopale
Director, Operations
With 19 years of experience in the automotive industry, Ramdas began his career in the BIW field in 2000. He has extensive expertise in BIW process planning, design, manufacturing, automation, and robotics. At Faith Automation, he has been instrumental in establishing all key departments, including assembly, quality, automation, purchase, and robotics. Additionally, he developed a robust manufacturing supplier base to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Ramdas plays a pivotal role in the successful and on-time execution of projects.
Sachin Khadke
Director, Design
Sachin has 16 years of experience in the automotive industry. A graduate of Pune University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has extensive expertise in process planning, mechanical design, robotic simulation, and layout. At Faith Automation, he established the process planning, design, and robotic simulation department, which has grown from a team of 10 to 45 engineers in just five years. Sachin plays a crucial role in devising innovative solutions to reduce time and cost effectively.
Rahul Kolhe
Director, Project Management
Rahul has 14 years of experience in the automotive industry. A graduate of Pune University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has extensive expertise in process planning, mechanical design, and project management. At Faith Automation, he established the Projects Department and has trained a team of young engineers to execute and monitor spot welding projects, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and time objectives.
Amit Shete
Director, Project Management
Amit, a graduate of Pune University in Mechanical Engineering, has 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. His expertise spans process planning, mechanical design, and project management, supported by overseas experience in project and process execution. At Faith Automation, he established the Projects Department and has trained a team of young engineers to execute and monitor MIG welding projects, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and time objectives.
