BIW – Spot Welding
Mainbody Line
Details: Faith Automation has supplied first Turnkey Underbody Project with Shuttle Transfer Line to Toyota in India. This was first time Toyota Localized in India. It was 6-station line for 2-models (MPV + SUV) with 120 seconds Cycle Time. Later added 10-Robots in 2-Respot stations on this line. It was executed using Toyota brand Toyopuc PLC. Faith has also supplied Turnkey Robotic Spot Welding line for Underbody of mini Bus to Force Motors, using Lift & Shift Shuttle Transfer. Faith has also worked on Underbody Brown Field projects for adding New model in existing Line at Maruti Suzuki. These Robotic Spot Welding Lines were multi-model flexible production of high volume with 46 to 55 Seconds Cycle time.

Sidebody LH/RH Line
Details: Faith Automation has supported Maruti Suzuki to Localize Sidebody LH/RH Line in India. It was Turnkey Project with 65 Robots & multi-model flexible production line with 120 seconds cycle time. Faith got next Sidebody Project from Maruti Suzuki after the successful execution of this project. Faith has also supplied Sidebody Line Jigs with Manual welding for Toyota & Honda in India. Faith Automation is supporting SMG (Suzuki Motors Gujarat) to implement minor modifications in Sidebody lines.

Underbody Line

Some of these projects were Green Field, completely new with multi model flexible production lines & some of them were brown field where New model to be introduced in existing Line.

Front Floor Assembly
Details: Faith Automation has supplied multiple Turnkey Spot Welding lines for Front Floor Assembly to its customers. Both Robotic Lines for high volumes with 46 seconds Cycle time & Manual Lines for low volumes with 120 seconds Cycle Time. Some of these projects were Green Field, completely new with multi model flexible production lines & some of them were brown field where New model to be introduced in existing Line.

Rear underbody Assembly
Details: Faith Automation has supplied multiple Turnkey Spot Welding lines for Rear Underbody (Rear Floor Panel Asm, Rear Member / Ladder Asm & marriage) to its customers. Both Robotic Lines for high volumes with 46 seconds Cycle time & Manual Lines for low volumes with 120 seconds Cycle Time. Some of these projects were Green Field, completely new with multi model flexible production lines & some of them were brown field where New model to be introduced in existing Line.

Roof Assembly Line
Details: Faith Automation has supplied multiple Turnkey Spot Welding lines for Roof Assembly to its customers. Both Robotic Lines for high volumes & Manual Lines for low volumes. We have done Normal Roof , sunroof , Panoramic Roof common weld line & Also we have done Sun Roof Hemming.
